The Inspiration
After reading and implementing more of the ideas from my husband’s (composer and writer Arshak Andriasov) book Wisdom and Reflection, I, Claudia Andriasova (Caminero), began to notice numerous wonderful changes in my life.
I became more secure, walked away from bad friendships, learned to have restraint, and became less impulsive. Overall, I have become a better person and am flourishing into the best version of myself.
Wisdom and Reflection is an analysis of 100 quotes taken from the composer and moral philosopher Iosif Andriasov’s personal diary (Arshak’s father). Inspired by the works of this father and son duo and my own personal growth journey, I created Personal Flourishing. Based in South Florida, Personal Flourishing is a brand offering in-real-life workshop event, where we gather together to learn, discuss, reflect, and bond through our shared experiences.

Latest Workshop
During our latest Personal Flourishing workshop,
we gathered at Lola 41 Palm Beach. Here, we discussed Iosif Andriasov's quote
"Define a person not by national, racial, religious, etc. affiliation, but by personal qualities."
It was a lovely afternoon, where we had a chance to read from the book Wisdom and Reflection, analyze, and share our own personal examples. It was so wonderful learning from everyone’s experience and being able to build a deeper bond.
